My specialty area is in experiential and creative learning experiences that bridge gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
I also bring strong project management and team management skills and enjoy coaching and mentoring others to excel in their role.
How I Can Help:
The Design Phase – front-end/needs analysis; collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders; selecting content and appropriate technology tools for the task; and writing objectives, learning activities, assessments, storyboards, and scripts
The Development Phase – creating content using a variety of technology, including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign), H5P, Powtoon, Vyond, Camtasia, AI, Snagit, Audacity, Canva, PowerPoint, Lightboard, and more
The Implementation Phase – pilot testing and launching trainings in a variety of platforms, including learning management systems, web conference software, and more
The Evaluation Phase – monitoring and evaluating learners’ progress and performance on the job, collecting and assessing data to measure key performance indicators
